Spektrum is seeking a Multimedia Technical Specialist to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC enhances NATO's operational capabilities through training events and simulations.

The Multimedia Technical Specialist will support media simulation efforts by producing TV news reports based on daily guidance and direct coordination with a TV role-player. This role requires expertise in multimedia production and coordination.

Role Involves:

  • Reviewing exercise scenario documentation.
  • Recording and editing broadcast-quality digital video and audio.
  • Coordinating daily TV news production with a TV role-player.
  • Preparing sets and operating multimedia equipment safely.
  • Processing and delivering multimedia products across NATO networks.
  • Creating and posting strategic social media content.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional multimedia production experience in news or storytelling.
  • 3 years’ experience working as part of a multimedia/news production team.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word.
  • Post-secondary education in a multimedia-related field.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
