Spektrum is seeking a NIFC Intel Military Analyst to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) exercises in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises.This role involves replicating the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) to provide full-spectrum, multi-domain operational and strategic intelligence to the Training Audience (TA).Role Involves:
Granting strategic situational awareness.
Developing scenario documents.
Delivering tailored Intel information.
Analyzing the strategic/operational environment.
Updating exercise and scenario documentation.
Producing agendas and meeting minutes.
Monitoring TA activity and output.
Providing updates to JWC documentation.
Offering NIFC SME advice.
Contributing to the production of the MIL strategic level EXCON/NIFC Daily Intelligence Update (DIU) and strategic level assessment.
Replicating NIFC tasking to support the TA intelligence process and procedures in according with relevant doctrine.
Supporting full spectrum PMESII strategic intelligence and doctrinal operational matters within EXCON and NIFC team.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst.
3+ years’ experience in operational knowledge of Intelligence, with focus on Air and Space operations.
Completion of NATO Intelligence Course (or equivalent), NATO IRM & CM Course (or equivalent), and NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS) Course.
Knowledge of NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/Space Sensor capabilities, Space Collection, NATO Targeting Process, NATO Comprehensive Understanding of the Operating Environment (CUOE) Process, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS).
Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises.
Experience briefing senior leaders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Regular user of INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES.
Business English proficiency.
Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
