NIFC Intel Military Analyst – Land

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a NIFC Intel Military Analyst to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) exercises in Stavanger, Norway. The analyst will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Exercise Control Organization (EXCON), role-playing and ensuring exercise objectives are met.

The candidate will work with a wide range of responsibilities:

• Providing strategic situational awareness.
• Assisting in the development of scenario documents.
• Delivering tailored intelligence information to the training audience.
• Monitoring training audience activity and output.
• Contributing to the production of intelligence updates and assessments.

Requirements for the position include:

• 3+ years of experience in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst
• Operational knowledge of intelligence as a Military Officer or civilian
• Completion of NATO Intelligence courses or national equivalents.
• Knowledge of NATO capabilities and processes.
• Experience in NATO strategic planning exercises and operations.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
