Spektrum is seeking a NIFC Intel Military Analyst to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC plays a crucial role in enhancing NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. This role involves simulating the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) and providing full-spectrum, multi-domain operational and strategic intelligence.Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services.
Responsibilities: - Grant robust overall strategic situational awareness.
- Assist in developing NIFC strategic and operational level scenario documents.
- Generate appropriate exercise material to provide a challenging problem set.
- Support the training audience through tailored delivery of scenario intel-related information.
- Produce agendas, speaking notes, and minutes of meetings.
- Monitor training audience activity and provide timely feedback.
- Provide updates to documentation to ensure representation of latest adversary doctrine.
- Attend JWC EXCON meetings and provide NIFC Intelligence SME advice.
- Contribute to the production of the MIL strategic level EXCON/NIFC Daily Intelligence Update (DIU).
- Replicate NIFC tasking to support the TA intelligence process.
- Act as NIFC Mil (Maritime) Analyst in meetings with the TA.
Requirements: - Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst.
- Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian.
- Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent.
- Knowledge of NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/ Space Sensor capabilities and Targeting Process.
- Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations.
- Experience in briefing senior leaders at strategic/operational level.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint and functional systems.
- Business English language proficiency.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
