Spektrum is seeking a NIFC Intel Military Analyst to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The analyst will contribute to improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises by simulating the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC) and providing full-spectrum, multi-domain intelligence support.This role involves granting strategic situational awareness, developing scenario documents, and delivering tailored intelligence information to the training audience (TA). The analyst will also provide recommendations for improving the scenario and update documentation as needed.Role Involves:

Requirements:
  • 3 years’ experience in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst in the last 10 years.
  • 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian, with primary focus on special operations or CT/COIN operations.
  • Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent, NATO IRM & CM Course or National equivalent, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS) Course or experience within the last 5 years.
  • Knowledge of NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/ Space Sensor capabilities, Space Collection, NATO Targeting Process, NATO Comprehensive Understanding of the Operating Environment (CUOE) Process, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS).
  • Demonstrated participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations as SOF/CT/COIN-focused intelligence SME in the last 10 years.
  • 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years in briefing senior leaders at strategic/operational level in a National or Multinational environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Regular user of INTEL-FS TOPFAS BICES.
  • Familiarity with Link Analysis databases and software applications including ‘I-Base’ and ‘I2’.
  • Business English.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
