Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a NIFC Intel Military Strategic Analyst to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. The analyst will be part of the Exercise Control (EXCON) structure, providing intelligence support as part of the simulated NIFC (NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre).Role involves:
- Granting robust overall strategic situational awareness.
- Assisting in developing NIFC strategic and operational level scenario documents.
- Generating exercise material to provide a challenging and realistic problem set.
- Providing tailored and accurate delivery of scenario intel-related information.
- Monitoring TA activity and output to provide timely feedback.
- Providing updates to JWC documentation to ensure representation of latest adversary doctrine.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst.
- 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian.
- Completion of specific NATO Intelligence Courses or National equivalents.
- Working knowledge of NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/Space Sensor capabilities, Targeting Process, CUOE, and NIWS.
- Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations.
- Experience in briefing senior leaders.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and functional systems like INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES.
- Business English proficiency.
