Spektrum is seeking a NIFC P_ESII Analyst to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on enhancing NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises.

The analyst will support the exercise execution with full-spectrum, multi-domain operational and strategic intelligence, enabled by simulated national collection capabilities and subject matter expertise. The role involves creating situational awareness for the Exercise Control (EXCON) on intelligence matters and providing training audiences (TAs) with a Request For Information (RFI) process and resources.

Role involves:

  • Granting strategic situational awareness.
  • Developing NIFC strategic and operational level scenario documents.
  • Generating exercise material to provide a challenging and realistic problem set.
  • Supporting TA achievement of training objectives.
  • Updating and amending exercise and scenario documentation.
  • Producing agendas, speaking notes, and minutes of meetings.
  • Monitoring TA activity and providing feedback to EXCON staff.
  • Providing P_ESII subject matter expertise replicating NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC).
  • Analyzing training audience plans and documentation.
  • Coordinating and supporting full spectrum PMESII strategic intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst.
  • 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian.
  • Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent, NATO Intelligence Analyst Course or National equivalent, NATO IRM & CM Course or National equivalent, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS) Course or demonstrated working knowledge.
  • Knowledge of NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/Space Sensor capabilities, Space Collection, NATO Targeting Process, NATO Comprehensive Understanding of the Operating Environment (CUOE) Process, NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS).
  • Demonstrated participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Regular user of INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
