Spektrum is seeking a NIFC RFI Manager to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises. This role involves providing intelligence support by simulating the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre (NIFC). The candidate will contribute to strategic situational awareness and assist in developing scenario documents tailored to the training audience.Role involves:
  • Granting robust overall strategic situational awareness.
  • Assisting in developing NIFC strategic and operational level scenario documents.
  • Generating appropriate exercise material to provide a challenging and realistic problem set.
  • Providing subject matter expertise, acting as NIFC RFI Manager.
  • Coordinating IRM operational matters within JWC SCENARIO team and JWC EXCON INTEL.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years with working in a National or NATO Strategic or Operational level Command as Intelligence Analyst.
  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years operational knowledge of Intelligence, either as a Military Officer or as a civilian.
  • Completion of NATO Intelligence Course or National equivalent.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of the following: NATO Air/Maritime/Ground/ Space Sensor capabilities.
  • Demonstrated participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations as intelligence SME in the last 10 years.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Business English language proficiency.
