Permanent Secretary to Minister of Public Order or equivalent at Spektrum

Spektrum is seeking a Permanent Secretary to the Minister of Public Order to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The JWC focuses on improving NATO's operational capabilities through training and exercises.This role involves providing subject matter expertise and strategic advice to the training audience, realistically representing a senior official within the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Order. The candidate will act as the focal point for all AN PO matters during exercise preparation and execution, and contribute to the development of strategic and operational level scenario documents.Role Involves:

• Providing subject matter expertise.
• Offering strategic advice.
• Acting as the focal point for Public Order matters.
• Developing strategic and operational documents.
• Representing a senior official in meetings.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in counter terrorism at a National level.
• 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
• 3 years’ experience in influencing national policy on internal security.
• 3 years’ experience in public order and policing governance at a national level.
• A University/ Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
