Project Coordinator (Space Services)

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Project Coordinator to support key client projects related to space services for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA provides secure and effective communication and IT services to NATO member countries. This role will assist in project and service execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication.This role involves:

• Assisting in project and service execution.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Tracking project progress and providing updates.
• Coordinating communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Tracking the drafting of reports and service delivery.
• Coordinating deliverable dissemination
• Providing briefings on space, space service or space project progress or scope.
• Schedule management.
• Quality control.

Requirements:

• Programme/Project / administrative assistant experience.
• MS Office skills essential.
• Experience with Project management and/or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is required.
• 2 years experience in the Space Domain, must be able to provide examples of space activities
• 2 years experience working on Space related project or service management
• 2 years experience with Orion, APSS and Space Capability development
• At least 5 years' experience within the Project Management / Project support domain.
• At least 5years' experience in a progressively responsible project administrative support role;
• Extensive experience in the use of Business Information (BI) Tools to generate accounting and finance reports (including time accounting)
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
