Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Project Manager to support key client projects within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). This role involves managing, monitoring, and controlling the cost, scope, and schedule of cybersecurity projects to ensure successful delivery of capabilities to NATO.Spektrum is looking for a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management within the NCI Agency.
- Manage, monitor, and control the cost, scope, and schedule of projects.
- Coordinate contributions from NATO stakeholders and industry representatives.
- Develop realistic and achievable project plans.
- Manage NSIP projects and major procurement projects in cybersecurity.
- Identify, plan, and manage the deployment of resources.
- Prepare and submit project proposals.
- Monitor and control project progress and risks.
- Provide regular status reports to leadership and NATO committees.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver analysis and problem resolution.
- Provide leadership to the project team.
Requirements: - Formal project management training (PRINCE2, PMI PMP, or DAWIA Program Management Level II).
- Detailed understanding of the NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP).
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at enterprise level.
- Experience in the development of Statements of Work.
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Project.
- Extensive experience in the management of large Cybersecurity or ICT projects.
- A university degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Management, or related disciplines.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
