Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Multilingual Global Client Associate to join their team in Tallinn, Estonia. The ideal candidate will have a client services background and a professional demeanor, capable of troubleshooting complex issues and identifying technology-based improvements. This role involves resolving client service issues via phone, email, and chat, covering a wide range of topics related to IBKR's trading platforms, account administration, and financial instruments. Responsibilities:
  • Resolve routine and complex client service issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries about IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader.
  • Handle cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions.
  • Provide information on product availability, exchange functions, order types, and margin calculations.
  • Coordinate with other Client Service divisions and external departments.
  • Contribute to the development of client service systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client services or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General understanding of financial instruments (stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, fixed income).
  • Fluent in English and one of the following: Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French.
  • EU passport or qualifying work permit/residency for Estonia.
