Interactive Brokers is seeking a Multilingual Global Client Associate to join their team in Tallinn, Estonia. The ideal candidate will have a client services background and a professional demeanor, capable of troubleshooting complex issues and identifying technology-based improvements. This role involves resolving client service issues via phone, email, and chat, covering a wide range of topics related to IBKR's trading platforms, account administration, and financial instruments.
Responsibilities: - Resolve routine and complex client service issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries about IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader.
- Handle cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions.
- Provide information on product availability, exchange functions, order types, and margin calculations.
- Coordinate with other Client Service divisions and external departments.
- Contribute to the development of client service systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in client services or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General understanding of financial instruments (stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, fixed income).
- Fluent in English and one of the following: Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French.
- EU passport or qualifying work permit/residency for Estonia.
