Spektrum is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support key client projects within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Capellen, Luxembourg. The role involves providing day-to-day operation and maintenance consultancy services for network, Unified Communication (UC), and Data Center (DC) infrastructures, as well as supporting specific related projects.
Role involves:
Day-to-day Operation and Maintenance (O&M) type of consultancy services for network, Unified Communication (UC) and datacenter (DC).
Support for projects related to specific network, UC and DC related projects.
Requirements:
At least 10 years’ experience in a technical networking or telecoms role, implementing and supporting LAN and WAN networking infrastructures.
LAN and WAN network design experience.
Extensive experience with high-availability and load-balancing solutions for network architectures.
Experience of firewall solutions and understanding of how they are implemented.
Extensive experience in managing all aspects of network projects for internal customers.
Experience with ITIL concepts.
Good communications skills.
Excellent English report writing skills.
Solid understanding of the requirements of an overall network management strategy.
Strong task and time management skills.
Proficiency in English (oral and written), equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher
A university degree or equivalent professional experience
Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
