Spektrum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brunssum, Netherlands. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensuring system readiness. They will coordinate with NCI Agency service lines and manage DCIS Configuration Management.
The role involves:
Managing Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensuring system readiness.
Ensuring the availability and quality of engineering support.
Managing the DCIS Configuration Management.
Conducting risk assessments and initiating new projects.
Managing Change Management plans.
Supporting the development of the annual Operation and Maintenance budget submission.
Contributing to system documentation updates.
Managing contractor support resources.
Providing input to the Principal Service Manager for reports and SLA changes.
Assessing manpower and O&M budget requirements.
Supporting project managers.
Requirements include:
ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications.
Experience in IT services engineering, planning, operations, maintenance, and management.
Experience as a line manager.
Experience with Configuration Management and Change Management processes and tools.
Experience in roles requiring business and managerial skills.
Experience managing small-scale projects.
Experience leading and mentoring a team.
Report writing and presentation skills.
A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years of related experience, or 10 years of extensive expertise.
