Spektrum is seeking a Senior Service Manager to support key client projects within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. The Senior Service Manager will play a crucial role in delivering CIS services as detailed in the Service Level Agreements between NCI Agency and its customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, experience managing teams, and familiarity with military telecommunications and information systems. They will be responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of engineering support, managing DCIS Configuration, conducting risk assessments, supporting budget development, and contributing to system documentation.
