Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Site (Service) Manager to support the NATO Communications & Information Agency (NCI Agency) in Sarajevo, Bosnia. The Site Manager will be responsible for the daily management of site-specific activities, acting as the local point of contact for the client on operational topics. This involves managing onsite personnel and conducting periodic reviews with stakeholders regarding contract performance.

Role involves:

  • Daily management of site-specific activities.
  • Acting as the local Point of Contact
  • Day-to-day management of onsite personnel.
  • Conducting periodic reviews with both local and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience as a project or service manager.
  • 5 years’ experience as a project manager, preferably with PRINCE 2 certification or operating within a PRINCE 2 environment.
  • 3 years’ experience with working in accordance with ITIL principles and practices.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • PRINCE 2 Practioner Certification
  • Minimum National or NATO Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in English (NATO SLP 3333).

Spektrum offers:

  • A contract from July 2024 to December 2025, with options for extension until 2028.
  • Work arrangement: 100% Onsite Primary working location is Sarajevo, BiH.
