Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to support the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Capellen, Luxembourg. The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of network, Unified Communication (UC), and datacenter (DC) infrastructure, as well as providing support for related projects.
Role Involves:
- Day-to-day Operation and Maintenance (O&M) type of consultancy services for network, Unified Communication (UC) and datacenter (DC)
- Support for projects related to specific network, UC and DC related projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Unified Communications (voice and videoconferencing) operational support.
- 3 years’ experience with Daily Unified Communications, network and systems operational and support activities
- 2 years' years’ experience in a Senior Unified Communications Engineer role, implementing and supporting Unified Communications infrastructures
- 2 years’ experience with Cisco Unified Communications design.
- Knowledge of various networking environment operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft UC technologies such as Skype and MS Teams
- Able to coordinate third-party maintenance for Unified Communications equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting Unified Communications, Network and application performance with performance monitoring tools
- Proficiency in English (oral and written), equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
