Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to support key client projects within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in Capellen, Luxembourg. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of NSPA's cyber security architecture, assessing new cyber security products, evaluating vulnerabilities, and providing cyber security recommendations.

Role Involves:

  • Designing and documenting secure cyber security architecture for NSPA.
  • Assessing new cyber security products and technologies.
  • Evaluating vulnerabilities and designing mitigations.
  • Providing Cyber Security advisory and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 10 years on medium/large projects with complex and reliable security architecture.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a NATO environment.
  • Proven experience in leading a full NATO system accreditation, SSRS, SecOps, and Con Ops.
  • Extensive knowledge of Next Generation Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, E-mail gateways, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Vulnerability management, Mobile Device Management, Apple infrastructure and iOS management, Web Proxies, Reverse Proxies, Anti-malware, PKIs, Multi-Factor authentication, Privileged Access Management, and SIEM systems.
  • Proven knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Security, Microsoft 365 security, Operating System (Windows and Linux) security, Active Directory security, Networking protocols, and Application Security.
  • Knowledge of Offensive security tactics, techniques, tools, and procedures, security incident/intrusion handling, and project management.
  • Experience in triage of security alerts
  • Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher).
  • Ability to explain issues at different levels and write clear reports.
  • Valid NATO SECRET Personal Security Clearance.
