Project Manager

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Project Manager in Capellen, Luxembourg, to support the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The Project Manager will work within the IT team on various projects, contributing to management, analysis, and documentation efforts.

Role Involves:

• Project management, planning, resources, execution, and delivery.
• Preparing Project Description and Execution Plans (PDEP).
• Risk management and quality assurance.
• Leading Project Reviews.
• Analyzing and defining functional requirements.
• Processes analysis and modelling - UML
• Preparing Statements of Work (SOW).

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT and 5 years in project management.
• PRINCE 2 Practitioner or PMP certification.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of logistics environment (Supply, Maintenance and Repair, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Stock Management, Procurement).
• Experience using UML.
• National Secret or NATO Secret Clearance.
• Mandatory French and English – STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.

Spektrum offers:

• Onsite work arrangement in Capellen, Luxembourg.
• 215 working days per year.
• 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday.
