Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to support key client projects within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The role involves implementation, operations, and maintenance of complex e-Business solutions based on Microsoft .NET technologies. This position is located in Capellen, Luxembourg.

Role Involves:

  • Implementation of complex e-business solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Building web applications, handling both front-end and back-end development.
  • Implementing various application architectures such as MVC, microservices, event-driven, and model-driven designs.
  • Building responsive user interfaces using Single Page Application frameworks (Angular or React), HTML5, and Bootstrap.
  • Managing and optimizing SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Writing secure, optimized code and manage version control using Git.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years on development of complex architectures for web-based systems based on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in .NET frameworks and C#.
  • Experience with various application architectures: MVC, Micro-services architectures based on REST API and message broker, Event Driven Architecture, Model Driven Design.
  • Experience with Single Page Application Frameworks (like Angular or React), HTML5, and Bootstrap.
  • Very good knowledge and proven experience of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience in writing secure code and cyber security, maintaining optimization and efficiency.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Very good knowledge on data modelling.
  • Ability to explain issues at different levels of the hierarchy.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in English, written and oral, equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
