Interactive Brokers is seeking an Institutional Client Services Associate to join their London office. This role involves providing high-level service to existing and prospective institutional clients via telephone, ticket, and live chat. The candidate will assist clients with technical and trade-related queries, build relationships, and contribute to a seamless onboarding experience.Role involves:
- Assisting with multiple trading platforms
- Resolving trade-related queries
- Communicating and escalating high-level issues
- Relationship Management for key institutional clients
- Project Management of platform and process enhancements
- Client training, general market research and development
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX
- Analytical problem-solving skills and passion for technology and financial markets
- Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus
- Bilingual (English and French speaking)
- University degree or higher
- 1-2 years experience in a client-facing capacity
