Institutional Client Services Associate (French Speaking)

Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking an Institutional Client Services Associate to join their London office. This role involves providing high-level service to existing and prospective institutional clients via telephone, ticket, and live chat. The candidate will assist clients with technical and trade-related queries, build relationships, and contribute to a seamless onboarding experience.Role involves:

• Assisting with multiple trading platforms
• Resolving trade-related queries
• Communicating and escalating high-level issues
• Relationship Management for key institutional clients
• Project Management of platform and process enhancements
• Client training, general market research and development

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX
• Analytical problem-solving skills and passion for technology and financial markets
• Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus
• Bilingual (English and French speaking)
• University degree or higher
• 1-2 years experience in a client-facing capacity
