OneTrust is seeking a Customer Success Architect (CSA) to join their team in Madrid. This role will focus on providing strategic advice and technical expertise to OneTrust customers within the GRC and Security Cloud. The CSA will help customers achieve their business outcomes by leveraging OneTrust solutions to address evolving cyber threats and resilience challenges.

The Customer Success Architect will:
  • Establish trusted advisor status with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents leveraging OneTrust best practices.
  • Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations based on business objectives and feasibility trade-offs.
  • Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events.
  • Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions, pre-sales support, and field assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures.
  • Translate strategic needs into practical OneTrust technology-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify and analyze strategic issues/obstacles and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Effectively present to implementation teams and C-level executives.
  • Advocate for customers by providing strategic insights to the Product organization.
  • Refine and improve internal processes and methodologies.
  • Manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously.
  • Engage with customers to build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and customers.
  • Establish structured feedback loops with customers.


Requirements for this role include:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing GRC consulting, implementation, and advisory roles.
  • Proven record of establishing trusted advisor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with privacy, ethics, security, compliance, or sustainability concepts.
  • Certifications are considered a bonus.
