OneTrust is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Engineer to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role involves working on a cross-functional team across various departments within OneTrust, focusing on designing, building, testing, and supporting internal integrations. The Integrations Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping how OneTrust's systems communicate, ensuring scalability and global applicability.

The role involves:
  • Developing high-quality Workday integration systems.
  • Partnering with business users to ensure all use cases are accounted for.
  • Troubleshooting integration issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Providing expertise on the integration development process.
  • Designing and building integrations, architecture, and workflows between core enterprise applications.
  • Owning release and support processes for integration applications.
  • Documenting integration designs clearly.


Requirements:
  • Power user of Workday’s technology stack.
  • Expertise in building integration to Workday’s Financial/HCM modules.
  • BA or BS in computer science, information science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Workday Development experience.
  • Experience developing Workday inbound and outbound Integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, BIRT, and Studio.
  • Experience developing XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations.
  • Proficiency in SOAP web services, REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of security surrounding integrations (X509, PGP, SSH).
  • BIRT Development experience.
  • Familiarity with Workday Financials, Procurement, HCM, Benefits, Payroll Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management modules.
  • Familiarity with tools like Workday Studio, Eclipse, Oxygen XML, Postman, SOAPUI.
  • Workday Certifications (past or present).
