Senior Solutions Engineer - CBU at OneTrust

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support business development and sales growth within the Commercial Business Unit (CBU). This role requires technical expertise, competitive positioning, and product evaluation for the OneTrust Platform. The Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise on integrations and solutions architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a technical expert on integrations and solutions architecture.
• Leading technical deep-dive discussions with customers.
• Developing and delivering proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Supporting Sales Teams in client meetings.
• Collaborating with internal R&D, integrations, and partner teams.
• Maintaining sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com CRM.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Expertise in delivering technical demonstrations and configuring solutions.
• Strong knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to engage in high-level technical discussions with IT stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Engineering.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required (estimated 25%).
