OneTrust is seeking a Renewals Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences during renewal processes. This is an entry-level role that involves creatively solving complex customer challenges and executing quarterly renewal goals. The Renewals Specialist will play a crucial role in managing client renewals, fostering relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end
- Partner closely with Sales teams and Customer Success
- Identify and manage client stakeholders
- Review and understand contract terms and conditions
- Identify commercial opportunities to increase Customer’s utilisation of the OneTrust platform
- Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback
- Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- 1+ year of Customer facing experience at a Sales Company with roles in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Renewal Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Experience working with customers
- BS degree (preferred in Marketing, Business or Communications)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced & high-volume environment
- Fluency in Thai is a plus!
