Job Description
Vaco, a company with an empowered culture, is seeking an Associate, Business Development in Oklahoma City. The Associate will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability by establishing and developing client relationships and working with recruiters to fulfill job orders.
The role involves:
- Establishing and maintaining a target list and developing client relationships.
- Conducting prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Generating new job orders weekly.
- Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Using Bullhorn to log all activity.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
