Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to generate sales and increase revenue. The role involves establishing and developing client relationships and working with recruiters to fulfill job orders. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to plan and deliver projects.
  • Establish and maintain target lists and develop client relationships
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Generate new job orders weekly
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log activity and information
  • Collaborate with teammates
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus
  • Hybrid/Remote options may be considered
