Job Description

Vaco is seeking a highly competitive and strategic Managing Partner to lead its Austin, Texas location. The Managing Partner will be responsible for driving business growth, attracting and retaining top talent, and developing high-performing teams. This role requires a strong leader with a servant's heart who can embody the core tenets of Vaco.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a realistic positive P&L, cash flow statement and balance sheet.
• Setting example for all in the office with pace and intensity of personal production.
• Selling and promote all Vaco lines of business.
• Attracting, developing and training sales and recruiting talent.
• Working with producers set realistic expectations, coaching and motivating talent.
• Identifying line of business leadership.
• Fostering brand identify in local markets through social media, events and public relations.
• Contributing to Vaco global by promoting cross location and functional sharing of Vaco best practices.
• Developing succession for key leadership roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience with a staffing and/or consulting company.
• Contract placement sales experience with progressive supervision and fiduciary responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred degree in business/accounting/finance/audit/IT or MBA; CPA designation preferred.
