Vaco is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial sales leader to join their growing consulting practice as a Finance & Accounting Staffing Account Executive in Montréal. The role involves developing client relationships and fulfilling their staffing needs within the finance and accounting sectors.Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities through various channels.
• Generate new job orders weekly.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ selling accounting/financial project solutions.
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus.
• Proven success achieving performance goals.
• Strong desire to lead in business development.
