Vaco is seeking an Executive Financial Recruiter to generate sales, increase revenue, and profitability. This role operates in a blended capacity, recruiting top talent to fulfill open client job orders while establishing and developing client relationships. The Executive Financial Recruiter will collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
What this role involves: - Establishing and maintaining target lists for developing client relationships.
- Conducting prospecting activities through various methods.
- Generating new job orders weekly.
- Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and recruiting qualified talent.
- Performing weekly interviews.
- Generating leads via professional relationships and candidate interviews.
- Utilizing Bullhorn to log activity and manage a book of business.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
