Executive Financial Recruiter

Vaco is seeking an Executive Financial Recruiter to drive sales, revenue, and profitability. This role involves recruiting top talent and developing client relationships. The Executive Financial Recruiter will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Conducting prospecting activities (phone calls, emails, meetings)
• Generating new job orders and managing them to fulfillment
• Identifying, assessing, and recruiting qualified candidates
• Performing interviews and generating leads
• Utilizing Bullhorn to log activities and manage business
• Collaborating with teammates

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus
