Managing Director, Financial

Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Managing Director, Financial to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue and profitability.Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities.
• Generate new job orders weekly.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
• Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.
• Perform weekly interviews.
• Generate leads.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity.
• Collaborate with teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
