Senior Associate, Client Services

Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Services to join its team in Calgary, Alberta. Vaco was built by Big Four alumni and has attracted industry professionals for over 15 years. Vaco's clients range from CFOs to Accounting Managers.He/She will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, conducting prospecting activities, generating new job orders, and collaborating with teammates.

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities.
• Generate new job orders weekly.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation highly desired.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ selling accounting/financial project solutions.
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development.
