Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Associate for their growing consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur and sales leader with a background in finance and accounting. Vaco's culture, built by Big Four alumni, empowers employees and attracts top talent.

The Role Involves:

  • Establishing and maintaining target lists and developing client relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities through various channels.
  • Generating new job orders weekly.
  • Managing job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation is preferred.
  • Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus.
  • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development.
