Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their consulting division, focusing on Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Audit industries. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue. The role involves establishing and developing client relationships and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill job orders.
Role Involves:
- Establishing and maintaining target lists and developing client relationships.
- Conducting prospecting activities through various channels.
- Generating new job orders weekly.
- Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
