Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Associate to focus on generating sales and building client relationships. This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

The Business Development Associate will:
  • Establish and maintain target client lists.
  • Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Generate new job orders weekly.
  • Manage new and open job orders.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates.

The requirements for this role include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
  • Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
