Vaco is seeking a Business Development Associate to focus on generating sales and building client relationships. This role is based in Los Angeles, California.
The Business Development Associate will:
Establish and maintain target client lists.
Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
Generate new job orders weekly.
Manage new and open job orders.
Utilize Bullhorn to log activities.
Collaborate with teammates.
The requirements for this role include:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
