Division Director--Staffing

Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Division Director--Staffing to generate sales and increase revenue. The Staffing Leader is responsible for developing client relationships and working with recruiters to fulfill job orders. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities through various channels.
• Generate new job orders weekly.
• Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years B2B sales and/or recruitment required.   
• Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
