Job Description
Vaco is seeking a driven Information Management Business Development Manager to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability for the company. He will establish and develop client relationships and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill open job orders. Vaco is looking for someone to collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining a target list of potential clients and developing strong relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities through various channels, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Generating new job orders on a weekly basis, aligned with performance objectives.
  • Managing new and open job orders, from initial intake to successful fulfillment.
  • Utilizing Bullhorn to meticulously log all activities, notes, and essential information for managing and expanding a book of business, as well as for planning daily activities.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 to 3 years technology sales or staffing experience required.
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
