Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to join their team in Montréal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing client relationships, conducting prospecting activities, and generating new job orders. They will also manage open job orders, log all activity in Bullhorn, and collaborate with teammates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and developing client relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities.
  • Generating new job orders according to performance objectives.
  • Managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 to 3 years' technology staffing experience
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups
  • Proven success in technology sales or staffing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred
  • Communication and Emotional Intelligence
