Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to generate sales and increase revenue. The Senior Associate will establish and develop client relationships and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill job orders.Role involves:

• Establishing and maintaining a target list for client relationships.
• Conducting prospecting activities like calls, emails, social media, and meetings.
• Generating new job orders weekly.
• Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Using Bullhorn to log activity and manage business.
• Collaborating with teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the staffing industry.
