Vaco is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. Vaco is known for its collaborative environment and creative freedom.This role is responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire positions. The Senior Technical Recruiter will work with the sales team to fulfill open job orders and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time.Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent.
• Update and utilize a candidate skills matrix.
• Perform weekly interviews.
• Generate leads.
• Utilize Bullhorn for logging activity.
• Collaborate with teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0 to 18 months technology sales and/or staffing experience.
• Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
