Institutional Client Services Associate - Italian speaking at Interactive Brokers

Interactive Brokers is seeking an Institutional Client Services Associate to serve as a liaison to its professional clients, including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships and providing a seamless onboarding experience.

The role involves:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical, account, and trade-related queries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
• Escalating high-level issues to relevant stakeholders and make suggestions for process improvement.
• Participating in ad hoc projects and duties, including client training, general market research and development, etc.

The candidate must have:

• Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and/or FX.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and financial markets.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• A university degree or higher.
• At least one to two years' experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution (less experienced candidates with a firm grasp of the core competencies will also be considered).
• Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus.
