Forter is seeking an Account Manager to join its Customer Success team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals and expansion, and providing strategic insights. This individual will build strong relationships with client executives, address complex business challenges, and foster partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable client stakeholders on Forter’s portal and technology.
  • Conduct ongoing training and enablement sessions for clients.
  • Lead high-impact engagements, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Generate client advocacy through reference calls and case studies.
  • Identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Manage retention and oversee the renewal process for client contracts.
  • Share insights about Forter’s product and processes with internal teams.
  • Direct client technical inquiries to the Support team.
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of client-facing Account Management/Customer Success experience.
  • Experience handling enterprise clients in the GCR region.
  • Experience leading business reviews with client executives.
  • Experience communicating client needs to internal leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, and/or operations teams.
  • Experience enabling and training clients on UX.
  • Experience in a SaaS startup environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to being hands-on.
