Director of In-Vivo CAR-T Pipeline Development

Legend Biotech is seeking a Director of In-Vivo CAR-T Pipeline Development to lead its in vivo CAR-T cell therapy program. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate preclinical findings into clinical applications. This role requires extensive knowledge in binder screening, virology, molecular biology, virus engineering, and in vivo applications. The candidate should have project management experience to support US IND filings.Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic direction for in vivo CAR-T cell therapy development.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Staying updated on advancements in cell therapy.
• Leading the team to design and execute experiments.
• Managing pipeline development to meet milestones.
• Representing the team in cross-functional meetings.
• Fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in cellular immunotherapy, CAR-T cell therapy, and gene therapy.
• Experience with in vivo CAR-T and preclinical studies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
