Instawork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to their AI-powered labor marketplace. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions, prioritizing impactful features and projects. This role involves supporting productivity in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with product managers and designers. Role involves:
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions
- Prioritizing features/projects for maximum impact
- Working on large, complex software projects
- Supporting a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment
- Collaborating with PMs and designers
- Providing feedback to engineers via code reviews
- 4-7 years of experience with high-traffic web/mobile applications
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in frontend technologies like React, Redux, and Responsive Design Systems
- Understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem
- Experience building applications at scale and with distributed systems
