Mobile Engineer (Argentina, All Levels)

Sezzle, a U.S. based company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their team in Argentina. This is a remote position where the engineer will be responsible for solving challenges while building out features and products in React Native-based mobile app.

The Mobile Engineer will work within a full-stack Engineering team and collaborate with engineers from multiple teams to support product releases. Sezzle fosters a strong culture of promotion with defined career paths within Engineering.

What this role involves:

• Building and maintaining innovative product features.
• Collaborating with product feature owners to gain insight and suggest improvements.
• Participating in design/architecture discussions.
• Contributing to code reviews and building clean, scalable, robust, and testable code.
• Assisting in planning, estimations, and project completion.

• Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
• Bachelor's in computer science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with modern Frontend Development, Javascript or Typescript, with React Native or React (web) experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering a mobile application to a mobile app store (App Store or Google Play Store)
• Knowledgeable in writing automated tests for applications (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Familiar with the basic principles and design of React Native Apps, and RESTful APIs
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
