Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of engineers.
- Overseeing project timelines.
- Prioritizing projects.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Planning for future resource requirements.
- Participating in 24/7 on-call support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a technical management role.
- Experience with large-scale systems and technologies like Java, Kotlin, Scala, Javascript/Typescript, VueJS, and AWS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Technical mindset and understanding of complex systems design.
- Bias towards action and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
