Job Description
PayPay is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead and mentor product teams. This role involves building user experiences, creating scalable platform products, and driving product growth. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, define product challenges, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a product management team.
  • Building user experiences.
  • Creating scalable platform products.
  • Mentoring other product managers.
  • Managing technical architecture and UI/UX designs.
  • Writing technical PRDs and executing the product roadmap.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 3+ years of technical experience.
  • At least 8 years of Product Management experience.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
