PayPay is seeking a Product Designer to enhance user experience across its platform. This role involves collaborating with engineers and product managers to design and improve features for the PayPay application and merchant tools. The Product Designer will focus on creating user-centric designs, conducting research, and proposing improvements based on data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers through UX and UI design phases.
- Develop UX flows with consideration for inclusiveness and consistency.
- Finalize UI designs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe.
- Experience in product release and effectiveness measurement.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English.
- Experience using the PayPay application.
