This role involves collaborating with engineers and product managers to design and improve features for the PayPay application and merchant tools. The Product Designer will focus on creating user-centric designs, conducting research, and proposing improvements based on data analysis.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineers and product managers through UX and UI design phases.
- Develop UX flows with consideration for inclusiveness and consistency.
- Finalize UI designs.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe.
- Experience in product release and effectiveness measurement.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English.
- Experience using the PayPay application.
