Product Manager

Job Description

PayPay is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to their growing FinTech company. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in executing and managing the product lifecycle, driving product features, and building scalable platforms. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into achievable requirements for development teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clear and concise PRDs.
• Executing and managing the product lifecycle and roadmap.
• Delivering and driving product features in a timely manner.
• Structuring and creating scalable platforms.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand user problems.
• Developing a deep understanding of customer experience and metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 3+ years of technical experience.
• At least 2 years of Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Business-level English proficiency.
